Step One: Introduction
Begin your journey with a day of shadowing our Lion Leaders. Immerse yourself in our culture, observe our techniques, and get a firsthand look at our approach to service excellence. A successful shadowing experience leads to an immediate offer – a seamless transition into our pride.
Step Two: Immersion Program
Dive deep into your craft with our Immersion Program, designed to equip you with the skills essential for success on the salon floor. From cutting-edge cutting and coloring techniques to Aveda’s standards of beauty, our weekly workshops with Lion Leaders will sharpen your talents through practical, hands-on experience. Duration varies from 4 to 12 months, tailored to your growth pace.
Step Three: Protege Stylist
As a Protege Stylist, you’ll start building your clientele, supported by ongoing mentorship. Initially, you’ll receive a guaranteed hourly wage for the first three months. Subsequently, we transition you to a sliding scale commission structure, empowering you to maximize your earnings as your client base grows.
Step Four: Growth
The sky’s the limit. Progress from a Protege Stylist to achieving our benchmark milestones, and revel in the joy of seeing your career flourish.
